Arrow 77 The Globe's Finest Beer 12 Oz Tab Top Can

Arrow 77 Tab Top from Cumberland

The Arrow 77 "The Globe's Finest Beer" straight steel tab top can represents a notable transitional chapter in Maryland brewing history. Originally the flagship label of the Globe Brewing Company in Baltimore, production of the brand was later shifted to Cumberland, Maryland, under American. Cans produced during this era carry the Cumberland designation rather than the traditional Baltimore brewery mandatory line.

The label presentation features bold typography showcasing the prominent "77" moniker alongside the banner proclaiming it "The Globe's Finest Beer"—a phrase playing on both global prestige and the heritage of the Globe name. This particular issue is distinguished by its lighter red and gold color palette.

Collectors of Mid-Atlantic breweriana closely track cans from this production line, noting slight visual and print nuances that distinguish this issue from closely related label variations.
