Following the repeal of Prohibition, Globe revived and championed the Arrow label, establishing it as a cornerstone brand in Baltimore's competitive packaging history.

Manufactured primarily by the American Can Company under their "Keglined" patent, the lithograph features the brand's bold arrow motif alongside the long-running marketing slogan, "It Hits The Spot". Side-panel mandatory text on early issues includes specific regulatory details that draw significant interest from collectors, such as the state permit marking "Permit Number MD. U-401" and Globe's New York licensed office address on East 42nd Street.
