Atlas Prager Bohemian Light Lager Beer 12 Oz Tab/Bank Top Can

Atlas Prager Bohemian Light Lager

The Atlas Prager brand carries a storied heritage rooted in late 19th-century Midwestern brewing, originating with Chicago's Atlas Brewing Company. Following decades of regional brewery consolidations, the brand became part of the G. Heileman Brewing Company portfolio through its acquisition of Associated Brewing Company properties, leading to production at several regional facilities, including the plant in Evansville, Indiana.

This can features the classic Atlas Prager heraldic crest and traditional branding, proudly displaying the legacy slogan noting the recipe's establishment in 1891. The labeling reflects G. Heileman's distributed manufacturing footprint, prominently listing the Evansville, Indiana location alongside other major brewing hubs in the company's network.

For collectors of Midwestern breweriana, examples from G. Heileman's tenure are notable for their graphic layout and regional brewery text lines. Several production variations exist across different manufacturing runs, featuring subtle differences in mandatory text placement, metallic trim colors, and lid formats.
