Cincinnati's Burger Premium Can

The Burger Premium Beer can represents a celebrated chapter in the brewing history of Cincinnati, Ohio, produced by The Burger Brewing Company. Burger was an influential regional powerhouse in the Ohio Valley, maintaining a strong market presence throughout the Midwest.

The label graphics showcase the prominent Burger brand identity, featuring classic heraldic design elements and distinctive typography. Burger forged deep ties with local athletics, most notably serving as the longtime sponsor of Cincinnati Reds radio broadcasts hosted by Hall of Fame broadcaster Waite Hoyt—who famously dubbed the Crosley Field sun deck "Burgerville". The brewery was also an inaugural sponsor of the Cincinnati Bengals.

For breweriana collectors, this can remains a staple piece of Queen City memorabilia. Several manufacturing variations are known to exist among surviving examples, differing in small details such as mandatory legal text, plant indicators, and canning lid stamps.
