Canadian Ace Premium Ale Pint Can

Canadian Ace Premium Ale Pint

The Canadian Ace Premium Ale pint can was produced by the Canadian Ace Brewing Company of Chicago, Illinois. Canadian Ace originally operated as the Manhattan Brewing Company, a notable Chicago brewery that rebranded in the late 1940s to move past its Prohibition-era organized crime associations and put its flagship Canadian Ace brand front and center.

The pint can features the brewery's classic aviation-inspired heraldic crest, complete with outstretched wings and bold typography. While standard twelve-ounce cans made up the bulk of consumer production, the sixteen-ounce pint format provided an expanded metallic canvas for the striking Canadian Ace graphic identity.

Among breweriana collectors, this pint ale can is known for subtle variations across production runs, including minor differences in the brewery mandatory text and spacing beneath the wing motif.
