Canadian Ace Premium Beer 12 Oz Tab Top Can

Tivoli-Brewed Canadian Ace Can

Canadian Ace Premium Beer carries one of the more intriguing lineages in American brewing history, and cans produced by the Tivoli Brewing Company of Denver, Colorado, hold a special place among breweriana enthusiasts.

Originally established in Chicago, Illinois, the Canadian Ace brand expanded its reach across the United States through licensing and contract-brewing partnerships with select regional breweries. Denver's historic Tivoli Brewing Company was among the facilities enlisted to produce and package the label for regional distribution in the Rocky Mountain area. Collectors appreciate the Denver iteration of this tab top due to Tivoli's storied status in Western brewing heritage.

The can displays the classic Canadian Ace heraldic branding and bold typography, accompanied by the mandatory text identifying Tivoli Brewing Co., Denver, Colorado. Minor variations exist across production runs, featuring slight differences in can manufacturer marks and mandatory layout details. Because Tivoli ceased operations in the late 1960s, cans bearing the Denver mandatory for outside labels like Canadian Ace represent a notable final chapter in the historic brewery's output.
