Drewrys Extra Dry Beer Flat Top Can

Drewrys Blue Sports Series Flat Top

Produced by Drewrys Ltd. in South Bend, Indiana, this 12-ounce flat top can represents one of the brewery's well-known pictorial releases from the mid-20th century. Drewrys became famous among breweriana enthusiasts for issuing thematic illustrated can designs, most notably their zodiac series and multiple sports-themed series.

This specific blue edition features a vertical side panel filled with white silhouette illustrations of athletes engaging in various recreational activities. Visible figures depict a football runner tucking the ball, a baseball batter poised at the plate, a downhill skier carving turns, a basketball player preparing a pass, and a water skier riding the wake behind a tow rope.

Manufactured in partnership with the American Can Company, the container displays the small "Keglined" trademark logo along the lower left edge near the seam. The adjacent label area carries the brand's traditional "Properly Aged in Brewery Vaults" phrasing alongside the Drewrys Extra Dry shield branding.
