Falstaff Beer 12 Oz Zip/Tab Top Can

Fort Wayne Falstaff Tab Top Can

The Falstaff 12 Oz Zip/Tab Top can from Fort Wayne, Indiana, highlights an important era in mid-century American brewing history. Produced at Falstaff Brewing Corporation's Plant #7, this can reflects the massive post-war expansion of one of the nation's brewing powerhouses. Falstaff acquired the historic facility on East Washington Boulevard from the Berghoff Brewing Company in 1954, transforming the local Hoosier landmark into a vital Midwestern packaging and distribution hub.

Iconic Heraldry and Packaging Design

The graphic design of this 12-ounce can centers on Falstaff’s unmistakable heraldic shield logo. Set against vibrant brand colors, the bold insignia is complemented by the classic tagline "America's Premium Quality Beer". The mandatory text specifically identifies the Fort Wayne facility, either listed individually or alongside Falstaff's other major regional plants, documenting the company's multi-city network during the height of its market reach.
