Falstaff Beer Cone Top Can

Falstaff Omaha Cone Top Can

Produced for Falstaff Brewing Corporation's Plant #3 in Omaha, Nebraska, this cone top can represents a notable chapter in Midwestern brewing history. Falstaff expanded into Omaha following the repeal of Prohibition by acquiring the historic Fred Krug Brewery facility, making the location a primary hub for distributing Falstaff throughout the central and western United States.

Manufactured using Continental Can Company's high-profile container format, the can showcases Falstaff's traditional graphic layout. The exterior prominently features the recognizable Falstaff shield insignia paired with the brewer's long-running slogan, "The Choicest Product of the Brewers' Art."

Collectors frequently study the Omaha packaging run because several variations exist across production cycles. Known variations include examples bearing Internal Revenue Tax Paid (IRTP) statements as well as later releases distributed after federal tax labeling requirements ended. Further variations display differing state-mandated alcohol content statements, alternative listings of affiliated branch plants, and distinct metallic spout treatments such as gold-lacquered finishes.
