Hudepohl Pure Grain Beer 12 Oz Tab Top Can

Cincinnati's Pure Grain Classic

The Hudepohl Pure Grain Beer 12 oz can is an iconic piece of breweriana from the Hudepohl Brewing Company of Cincinnati, Ohio. Founded in 1885 by Ludwig Hudepohl II, the brewery became a cornerstone of the Queen City's rich brewing heritage and regional identity.

The "Pure Grain" branding reflected the company's marketing emphasis on traditional, all-grain brewing. The can design prominently features metallic gold hues, clean typography, and the traditional Hudepohl heraldic crest, embodying mid-century regional beer marketing.

For collectors of Ohio breweriana, the can is an essential display piece. Minor variations exist across different manufacturing runs, with subtle differences in metallic color depth, text arrangement, and brewery mandatory text. It remains a standout collectible celebrating Cincinnati's historic brewing industry.
