Jordan Slow Brewed Beer Flat Top Can

Atlas Brewing's Jordan Beer Can

The Jordan Slow Brewed Beer flat top can is a notable release associated with the Atlas Brewing Company of Chicago, Illinois. Produced as part of the brewery's portfolio during the mid-20th century, the Jordan label represented a distinct offering alongside the company's flagship product lines.

Atlas Brewing Company stood as a prominent fixture in Chicago's industrial brewing landscape. The Jordan brand reflected midwestern packaging design conventions of its era, featuring prominent metallic and enamel graphics centered around the "Slow Brewed" marketing tagline. The label's clean layout and bold lettering were tailored to stand out in retail display environments across the region.

For breweriana collectors, the Jordan flat top from Atlas is recognized as a scarce piece of Illinois brewing history. Variations exist across production runs, displaying slight differences in side panel text, mandatory statements, and canning company markings. Because of its limited distribution and historical connection to the Atlas plant, it remains a sought-after acquisition for collectors focusing on Chicago-area labels and mid-century flat tops.
