Kings Taste Beer Flat Top Can

Kings Taste Beer Grace Bros. Can

The Kings Taste Beer flat top can represents a notable chapter in Northern California brewing history, produced by the Grace Bros. Brewing Co. of Santa Rosa, California. Operating out of their facility on Second Street, Grace Bros. was known throughout the region for maintaining an extensive portfolio of proprietary and distributor labels distributed across retail markets and grocery chains.

Graphic Design and Branding

The can showcases royal-themed lithography centered around the Kings Taste title. The front display incorporates regal insignia, stylized typography, and contrasting color fields—most notably rich blue and metallic accents—to command shelf attention. The side panels feature standard brewery mandatory text designating the Grace Bros. Brewing Co., Santa Rosa, California packaging information.

Variations and Collector Significance

Grace Bros. routinely utilized multiple production runs for their regional brands, and documented variations of the Kings Taste can exist within breweriana archives. Known variations present subtle differences in background shade, mandatory text formatting, and graphic alignments. For collectors focused on West Coast brewing history and Northern California breweriana, Kings Taste serves as an outstanding artifact of Santa Rosa's mid-century independent brewing heritage.
