Old Bohemian Bock Insert Top Can

The Old Bohemian Bock 12 oz insert top can represents a classic seasonal release from the Eastern Brewing Corporation of Hammonton, New Jersey. Eastern Brewing was well known across the region as a prolific packaging brewer, maintaining an extensive roster of value brands, private labels, and revived regional names. Among these, Old Bohemian stood as one of the brewery's primary product lines, regularly featuring light lagers, cream ales, and traditional bock brews.

In the collector community, Eastern Brewing holds a celebrated place due to the wide variety of cans filled at the Hammonton plant. During the major boom of breweriana collecting, the Hammonton brewery gained widespread attention from collectors seeking to catalog the many labels and package variations produced on-site.

The can design displays the traditional Old Bohemian branding alongside the Hammonton, New Jersey mandatory statement. As with many canned offerings from Eastern Brewing, variations exist with differences in seam construction, text arrangements, and mandatory markings. It remains a prized piece of New Jersey brewing history and a favored target for collectors specializing in bock cans and regional contract breweries.
