Sierra Beer Flat Top Can

Sierra Beer from Pacific Brewing

Sierra Beer was produced by Pacific Brewing Inc., based in Oakland, California. Representing regional Northern California brewing history, the brand drew thematic inspiration from the prominent Sierra Nevada mountain range.

The label art is distinguished by a central circular medallion framed by a stylized grain wreath, set over horizontal metallic pinstriping. Inside the medallion, an alpine illustration highlights snow-covered peaks and tree-lined foothills beneath stylized, vertically elongated lettering for the brand name. The bottom margin of the container features the mandatory brewery identification reading "PACIFIC BREWING INC., OAKLAND, CALIF.", while the upper rim displays the volume declaration "NET CONTENTS 12 FL. OZ."

For collectors of West Coast breweriana, this container stands as an evocative example of mid-century regional graphic design and California brewing heritage.
