Snowcrest Beer Flat Top Can

Arizona Brewing's Snowcrest Can

The Snowcrest Beer flat top can was produced by the Arizona Brewing Company of Phoenix, Arizona. While the Phoenix-based operation was primarily renowned throughout the Southwest for its flagship A-1 Pilsner, the brewery also packaged other regional and value labels, including Snowcrest.

Graphic Art and Alpine Theme

Contrasting sharply with Phoenix's desert surroundings, the can showcases an elaborate alpine landscape. The backdrop features snow-capped mountain peaks mirrored across a calm mountain lake and framed by tall evergreen trees. Prominently set against the landscape is a stylized geometric diamond cartouche containing bold red "SNOWCREST" lettering with "BEER" printed directly below. Along the bottom, a solid blue horizontal banner carries the brand's promotional cursive script: "Brewed with crystal pure water."

Production and Variations

Arizona Brewing Company operated as the state's primary commercial brewing institution during the mid-20th century. The Snowcrest brand was also licensed and packaged by other West Coast producers, including Grace Brothers Brewing in Santa Rosa, California, making the Phoenix mandatory text a key point of identification for regional breweriana enthusiasts. Production variations of Snowcrest cans exist across different canning facilities and container sizes.
