Wisconsin's Private Club Beer Flat Top Can

Wisconsin's Private Club Beer

Wisconsin's Private Club Beer was packaged under the Spring City Brewing name in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The Spring City designation ties directly to the regional brewing heritage of Waukesha, historically renowned as the "Spring City" for its natural mineral water sources. Spring City operated in close connection with Waukesha's Fox Head Brewing Company, which frequently employed alternate corporate mandatories and label identities across its product lines.

Manufactured by the National Can Company, the can features bold "Wisconsin's Private Club Beer" typography accented with traditional mid-century crest and scroll motifs. The graphic layout highlights the brewery's Waukesha origin, tying the product directly into the local identity of Wisconsin brewing.

For breweriana collectors, several variations of the label exist. These include versions bearing the Spring City Brewing mandatory as well as examples displaying the Fox Head Brewing Company mandatory, alongside minor lid and text revisions across production runs. Because the Spring City mandatory represents a distinct regional footprint from Waukesha's mid-century brewing history, it remains a notable target for Wisconsin can collectors.
