Wkis Radio Premium Beer 12 Oz Tab Top Can

WKIS Radio Station Beer Can

The WKIS Radio Premium Beer can was produced by the Pittsburgh Brewing Company of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as a promotional release associated with radio station WKIS (740 AM), based in Orlando, Florida. During this period, Pittsburgh Brewing Company gained widespread recognition among breweriana enthusiasts for manufacturing custom, novelty, and commemorative cans for various sports teams, civic organizations, and media outlets.

The can features graphics centered around the WKIS call letters and includes the promotional slogan "You'll Love It". Because these cans were tied to the Florida market, examples frequently feature state-mandated tax stamps or Florida-specific lid markings.

Radio-themed brewery releases represent a dedicated niche within advertising breweriana. Known variations of this can exist, featuring differences in lid imprints and manufacturing stamps.
