During Prohibition, the enterprise adapted by operating as the Pilsen Products Company to produce near beer and malt products. Following Repeal in 1933, the company returned to full brewing operations under the Pilsen Brewing Company name. It maintained steady production for three decades before mounting competition and market consolidation forced the facility to close in the early 1960s.
